My first visit to Dubai was fantastic! The breakfast was delightful, especially with personalized service from Akhil and Susmita. The fountain view from my room was breathtaking, definitely a highlight!

Great location and friendly staff!

We stayed here for 2 nights in a Deluxe Room with an amazing city skyline view. The staff were super nice and really made us feel at home. Plus, it's right next to the mall, which was perfect for us. We loved chilling at the bar lounge area, but the room could've used some updates. Overall, we had a nice time!

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We loved checking out the Burj Khalifa and exploring the nearby mall. The rooftop pool and stunning views were definitely highlights. The service was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Just a heads up, the access to popular attractions is super convenient.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by noise from an outdoor party, which made it really hard to sleep. It took a while to get switched to a quieter room.

Our family trip offered beautiful views from the Deluxe Room, though a few cleanliness issues dampened the experience. The staff promptly addressed our concerns. Be sure to enjoy the spa for a relaxing afternoon—it truly was a highlight of our stay!

This hotel is a prime choice for shopping in Dubai with the best value. The view from my Deluxe Room was amazing, especially at night. Be mindful of extra charges like pool access fees.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Address Dubai Mall. The location is unbeatable, connected directly to Dubai Mall. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which set a positive tone for my visit. My room, the Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room, was on the 23rd floor. It had stunning views and was neat and comfortable. The amenities in the room, like the mini-bar and free Wi-Fi, were a nice touch. I appreciated the breakfast buffet, offering a variety of delicious options. On the downside, waiting for the elevator took longer than I'd like. I encountered a noise issue with a party on the balcony of the 12th floor that disrupted my sleep, despite my request for a quiet room. The staff was kind and offered solutions, but the initial inconvenience was frustrating. Overall, I would choose to stay here again because of its excellent location and amenities.

All fine, but location.

The Deluxe Burj Khalifa and Fountain View Room offered stunning views that were unforgettable. Breakfast was exceptional, highlighting delicacies like smoked salmon, and the staff, particularly Mr Mauzamel and Mr Hosni, provided outstanding service, ensuring all our needs were met. However, there were occasional delays in room cleaning, and the shuttle service to off-site locations could be improved. The direct access to the mall made exploring convenient.

the address is a fantastic hotel. it's new, luxurious, and has all the amenities you could want in your room. it's perfectly located within walking distance to the dubai mall and various restaurants and cafes in the downtown area. the club lounge is a highlight, with excellent service from virginie and her team. enjoyed the meals served there too!

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to stroll to the breathtaking Dubai Fountain and enjoy the nearby social house for delicious meals, making each day an adventure without needing transportation. the hotel’s amenities catered well to a solo traveler like me, offering plenty of options for relaxation after exploring the city. but occasionally, I noticed some staff at reception could benefit from additional training.
